by Lou Cohn, Ph.D., P.E., F.ASCE

Past President, Transportation and Development Institute

The program for the First International Symposium on Transportation and Development Best Practices to be held in Beijing, China April 24-26, 2008 is now set.  We have a total of 24 sessions across all of T&DI interest areas, and are now in the process of identifying session moderators.  Since this is a T&DI event, we would like to give the first opportunity to members of T&DI committees.  If you are interested in being considered to be a session moderator, please let me know by January 9, 2008.

Please keep in mind:

1. You must be committed to attending the symposium;
2. You must register and pay the registration fee (www.tdibp.org )
3. There are no travel funds available from T&DI.

I look forward to hearing from you.
