2010 SEI/ASCE Student Structural Design Competition

The Structural Engineering Institute of ASCE is sponsoring a structural design competition for universities. Innovative projects demonstrating excellence in structural engineering are invited for submission.

Awards include cash prizes and an opportunity to present your designs at the 2010 SEI Structures Congress in Orlando, FL, May 12-15, 2010.

Deadline for Submissions: Jan. 14, 2010

GeoFlorida 2010 - Have Fun in Florida this February. Meet a Potential Employer.

Sunday, February 21from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., this special GeoFlorida 2010 reception brings together future employers and employees for the chance to relax and learn about the profession and each other. (Students registered and attending the Reception may be eligible to receive a $200 stipend from the Geo-Institute. Details will be provided on the G-I website at a later date.)
