6. Longview-Marshall, TX - $112,174

5. Washington, DC-MD-VA-WV - $113,000

4. Santa Fe, NM - $115,450

3. Middlesex-Somerset-Hunterdon, NJ - $118,500

2. Houston, TX - $118,677

1. Vallejo-Fairfield-Napa, CA - $141,000
