Grandfathering Deadline for Certified Building Inspection Engineers is December 31, 2008

The Building Inspection Engineers’ Certification Institute initiated a program of great interest to PE’s, especially those with an interest or expertise in structural assessment issues as they regard buildings.

The Building Inspection Engineers’ Certification Institute recently issued a press release as a reminder that the program's permitted grandfathering feature will time out by December 31 of this year, making it urgent that any members who are both interested in the certification and eligible for grandfathering apply immediately.
