(AAWRE) made news in the latest edition of the U.S. Society
for Irrigation and Drainage Professional’s (USCID)
Newsletter. John A. Replogle, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE,
was named the Irrigation Association 2005 Person of the
Year and Robert S. Gooch, P.E., D.WRE, was

Board of Trustee and AAWRE diplomate,
Albert J. Clemmens, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE, was awarded
the American Society of Agricultural and Biological
Engineers
(ASABE) Award for Advancement of Surface
Irrigation for leadership and contributions that have advanced
surface irrigation by integrating theory, evaluation and management.
