John A. Replogle, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE, was named the Irrigation Association 2005 Person of the Year and Robert S. Gooch, P.E., D.WRE, was elected to serve on the USCID Board of Directors. AAWRE Pays Tribute to Dr. David K. ToddAAWRE diplomate Dr. David Keith Todd, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE, who was an Emeritus Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, and started his own engineering consulting firm, Todd Engineers, passed away earlier this year. AAWRE remembers the life and achievements of Dr. Todd.
